Selling online from the Canaries has its own rules
A store in the Canary Islands is not set up like one in Madrid. IGIC applies instead of VAT, shipping between islands and to mainland Spain has different times and costs, and shipments to the mainland involve customs paperwork (DUA). If the store ignores this you get abandoned carts and unhappy customers.
