Websites and marketing for real estate agencies in the Canary Islands
I build websites and campaigns for real estate agencies and property managers in Gran Canaria and the other islands: a catalogue you update yourself, area pages that show up on Google and ads to attract buyers, tenants and, above all, owners.
The problem with relying only on portals
Idealista and Fotocasa bring enquiries, but the client belongs to the portal: they compare your listing with twenty others and tomorrow they go with another agency. Your website is the only place where a buyer sees only your properties, understands who you are and writes to you directly.
And there is something portals don’t give you: owners. A website with good area pages and a valuation form is one of the few ways an owner in your area finds you before signing with another agency.
What I built for OL6, in Gran Canaria
For OL6 Servicios Inmobiliarios, an agency in Vega de San Mateo, I built the whole website with its own database: rental and sales catalogue with filters by area, price and bedrooms, a clear page for every home with viewing requests and direct WhatsApp with the agent.
I added sales pages by area (Vegueta and Triana, Las Canteras, Telde, Arucas, Ciudad Jardín, Agüimes) to show up in local searches for each neighbourhood, and a separate section for their investment line in Paraguay, without mixing it with the rest.
What a real estate agency in the Canaries usually needs
- Rental and sales catalogue you update yourself
- A page for every property with gallery, details, map and viewing requests
- Pages per municipality or neighbourhood for local searches
- Valuation form to attract owners
- Website in Spanish, English and German for foreign buyers
- Google Ads by area and Meta Ads for buyers and owners
- Google Business Profile with reviews from real clients
Real estate advertising you can measure
On Google, ads for people searching "flats for sale in Telde" or "sell my house in Las Palmas". On Instagram and Facebook, featured properties and campaigns for owners in your area. Every month I tell you how many enquiries came in and what each one cost.

Frequently asked questions
Can I upload the properties myself?
Yes. You get a simple panel to add, edit or mark each property as sold or rented, with its photos and details, without touching code or waiting for anyone.
Does the website connect to Idealista?
It can be planned depending on your management software and what the portal allows. We look at it at the start: sometimes the most practical option is to keep the catalogue on the website and publish to the portal from your CRM.
How do I attract owners with the website?
With area pages that answer what an owner is looking for, a simple valuation form and local campaigns on Google and Meta. The goal is that they find you before signing with another agency.
Do you work with agencies on other islands?
Yes, with agencies in Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. I live in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and travel for the important meetings; the rest we handle on video calls and WhatsApp.
How much does a real estate website cost?
It depends mainly on the catalogue, the languages and whether you need your own panel or a connection with your software. You get a fixed price in writing before starting, with the website and domain in your name.
