2. What data I process and why

• Contact form: name, email, and optionally phone, company and the details of your project. Used to answer your request and, if you ask for it, prepare a quote.
• WhatsApp, email or phone: the data you share when you write or call. Used to answer you and manage the project if we work together.
• Clients: identification, contact and billing data needed to provide the service and meet tax obligations.
• Website statistics: Vercel Web Analytics measures visits anonymously and in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type), without cookies and without identifying you.

3. Legal basis

• Your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract, when you ask for a quote or become a client.
• Legal obligations (tax and accounting) for client data.
• Legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used, through anonymous statistics.

4. How long I keep it

Requests that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months at most. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records). Statistics are anonymous and aggregated.

5. Recipients

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the providers needed to run the website, who act as processors:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and anonymous statistics.
• Resend, Inc. (USA): sending the email generated by the contact form.
• The email and messaging providers used to answer you (for example, WhatsApp, owned by Meta, if you write through that channel).

6. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to work@eliseinemes.com. If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

The website works over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated submissions and access to the data is limited to the controller.
